I Feel Good!

I've skipped my health supplement - cactus juice for 1 week and I started to feel fatique. Ever since, I took the direct sell supplement "Milennium" beverage, my immune system definitely has boosted up and I'm not longer a weak person.

My colleagues and friends were impressed with my pregnancy because it's proven as working as sales person, I walk a lot and even I travelled during my 2nd trimester. I just love to share if any of the pregnant women who doesn't like taking health supplements i.e. the capsules / multivit, taking the cactus juice (RM502) per month is the best option. I've attended my very first hypnobirthing class with my husband on last Saturday.

It was really interesting and insightful session with Wai Han (The Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator). We shared a lot of doubts, questions and experiences with her and also acknowledged with her that natural birth is the best! (it's easy, safe, and memorable).

The key points of the first class are :-
1. Natural birth is as easy as pass motion (hard shit we meant..) :)

2. Childbirth is a happy occassion, we should have a "Happy Birthing" instead of good luck. :)

3. Baby remember their birth day and she/he has emotional towards his birth (Happy, Secure, Safe, Comfort and etc.)

4. Natural Birth baby tends to have better temper, open to the world as they go through the vaginal birth (body massage), baby gets good bacteria via mother's vaginal

5. We need to take control with our childbirth process, mom knows when is the best timing for birt. Believe in your instinct, take your time and don't rush or push for it!

6. Stay calm all the time, and husband should give full support and trust to the wife

7. Trust your baby, he/she knows what to do next

8. Baby cord won't tangle and baby normally won't commit suicide inside the tummy(tangle herself with her cord) but other reasons (baby cord supply oxygen! they are not fish and still can survive without water)

In the end of the day, I'm looking for a drug free childbirth. Wish me "Happy Birthing"!

after crash & fixed photos and i would highly recommend you a good mechanic in sg. long. lols. plastic bumper cracked after bang by a motor. checked repair price with Toyota center estimated at RM1k to replace a new bumper. a plastic bumper weh!!

who is this or what is this?! after client's wip, my co-worker SL gave me 6 movie tics for Land of the Lost, she even stressed these are the nice seats! C11 to C16! mana tau, we arrived in the hall-the curve cinema, some idiots took over the seats and claimed that this show was free seating and no number seats! my bf was being so calm and thought it's fine cuz there are still a lot of empty space, so we decided to search for other seats.

arrgg...for the 1st time, we sat on the last row and eventually these were someone's seats. he said : excuse me, then we thought give way only, then he said louder you sat on our seat. omg, this really made me pissed off with those bunch of idiots who not willing to go back to their seats! then again, we moved to other seats..again!! they were belong to someone else, luckily when i apologized, the guy said is okie. "Mou man dei".

looking at that bunch of people, really made me think why is this earth has such inconsiderate people, are they can't understand what's it on the tic or they just shit on it and dare not to move back? grrrrrrrrrrrr...really si beh si beh tahan these ppl! oh ya, they're a bunch of guys! i think in future, i won't give face to this kind of ppl, cuz they did not deserve it!

my family & friends who know me very well, always encourage me to work as a sales person. cuz i'm superb hard sell in things that i believe in. hard sell for diamond water, insurance, good restaurants, my home and etc..

before i regret which do not share this with you. SP setia (my current house developer) is currently having this crazy deal for purchaser. this plan actually called 5 / 95 sp setia. what you need to do is just pay 5% of the house value and nothing else upon the house is completed. NOTHING! those are money for legal fee (RM3k), lawyer fee (RM4k) and the loan interest (which i paid about RM600 /month and for about a year and i just realised it's more than RM6k!) omg, i was really being cheated by XXX bank, which said i don't need to pay single cent before the house is completed. anyways it's over.

i know many of you guys think that Setia Alam is very far from KL. but if you're currently renting a house or room in PJ, might as well buy one as an asset for yourself! everyday, i drive 30km from my house to work (approx. 35mins) and back home in 20 mins (speed at 130km/hour).i think it's not damn far and i feel so comfortable when i reach home, my home.

not just that! Setia City, a glass concept city was presented by SP Setia which will come into picture by 2015 - what i seen from the plan, they plan to build a 750mil retail mall, hotel, convention center, university, luxury condo and more..! wow wow! can you imagine such a beautiful city which is just nearby your future home? friends, it's dirt cheap if you buy your own house now at Setia Alam. i'm not selling that for myself, but i do hope we get more neighbours around me and we can go jog, fly kite and play mahjong at such a beautiful living space!

Hi People!! I thought my blog is going to "gulung tikar"... it has been 2 months since my last post. Hoping everyone is doing well. Some updates from me since Jan..

January 2009 was the most happening month in my life. We moved into our new house, we had a marathon house warming parties with friends, colleagues and relatives. Thanks for the blessings and lovely gifts and we know what will be the next big thing! ;)

What were so exciting since we moved in? We can see beautiful sunrise along our early morning journey to work. Believe me or not, the sky was orange and the sun was so romantic. We got to know our new neighbors and taking care of their home when they're back to hometown during CNY. 2009 CNY, we still received thousand buck of angpow from our families & relatives and mostly all the way from Sabah. Kononnya economy is bad and we received only 1 or 2 packs of RM5 angpow! thousand plus weh! really don’t feel like getting married la!

February – our number 8 Valentine’s Day and we celebrated our love with Ribena and my family. I admit we always celebrated special occasions with our families as we really treasure our family members a lot. ;) how about you?

I believe our life is not 100% stunning. I just went for my 1st physiotherapy in U.M yesterday. I thought it wouldn't be hurt or pain and I’m wrong.. I was nearly faint and felt so tired after the session. Guys, don’t worry it was just an exercise to heal my right jaw and what caused it?? I twisted it during my steak meal and partially because of my stressful working life. I’m so confused when will I willing to put a full stop or at least a comma on my work? I don’t want to share this with boss and clients, as they just too kind to me. And suddenly I feel so lost..;(

I've missed this as I work overnights and more than 24hours I didn't sleep and rushed for my clients' plans. It was really crazy and I'm not sure how well I can cope it. Like always being optimistic..congrats me, I've another cutie boy nephew arrived on 25th Nov. He really look like the elder brother - Xander :) Look at the both cute boys, Xander was actually learn how to carry baby, so that later he knows how to take care of Xavier.

Time Travel Machine

I miss my childhood, childhood friends and everything we played after school and tuition. Believe not me, drainage was one of our playgrounds. we played with drain water after the rain, we played hide and seek inside the drain and during mooncake festival we carried our lanterns and marching from one house's drain to another one. lols! It wasn't dirty and smelly, I can still remembered the water was quite cooling and fun!

When we're young, we loved adventurous activities like exploring the jungle, steal neighbor's fruits and cook the ants and grasshoppers (serve as restaurant's meal). I m not too sure 15yrs back in Kl, are there children also playing like us - kids from Sandakan. :) We can cycle from one residence area to another, mum even warned me that she'll report to the police - spotted a girl cycle away from home.

The young's Elva Lo must look very boyish as she played crazy dirty games! Yeah, I'm always the leader of the games and I miss my childhood boyfriend who taught me how to cycle, play soldier war, fry egg and etc.. :(

I’m alright, don’t worry. Just relaxed and read some magazines..1 of them was my youth favourite magazine where I can dig a lot of HK and Taiwan artistes’ gossip news! Anyone brought up with Life TV magazine? It’s a Chinese magazine and once very popular in east Malaysia. It’s still juicy and nice to read after so many years.. I was wondering also if the magazine can revamp like any English lifestyle magazine it will be selling like a hot cake in town. Well, if I’m the publication’s boss.. or hire me to do the revamping pls.. ;)

Have you ever constantly think about your work and didn't get a complete sleep in your life? How can we control such situation?

I'm really tired.. I just woke up and try to finish up some of my work (which forever no ending). I want to get a better life. A slightly better life where I can sleep without any stress, I need a simple life instead.

A friend said I look like a lost child; I was a bit emotional in dealing my work. There are too much grudges. I should self-evaluate, yes I promise I will do it over the weekend. I really wish to find out more about myself - what I really enjoyed, and what am I actually looking forward. Learn to be more rationale and firm.

I’m having a massive headache again. I wish I can tell my boss, I can’t cope with it anymore. Even I’m given 48 hours a day. Same to Alice, when boyfriend wasn’t around, things are different. He used to clean up the room and do all the laundry while I’m busy with my work.
Always ask myself and colleagues, do we have a life? Or our lives just full of work… how about your family and friends? I felt ashamed when I got back from work, sister was the one who helped clean the messy room and dad prepared everyday’s breakfast for me. What’s going on? Why can’t I spare sometime to do all these? There’s only work, work and work going around my head.

Suddenly I hate why my boss, colleagues and clients are treating me so well. These really make me feel sad to leave them. But I think I should make up my mind. Be clear with what I want. Even though I get a lot of job satisfactions but do I make my family and friends feel satisfy to have me as a family member / buddy?

I created this blog as “treasure” but did I ever treasure my family, friend and precious time that I have now? I believe is time for to say Good Bye to my dear colleagues and clients. Gonna miss you guys very much.

After a long marathon working schedules. Something which really excites me is Sammi’s concert and "take a break" has come to my mind. Just received an Airasia Travel Itinerary, from KL - Perth, gosh it wasn't belong to me...but my younger sis...everyone is planning to travel but how about myself?

I've so much to share about my unexpected team building at Guoman, PD. It was so true being known as "a beautifully balanced world". Without any well planned itinerary, we still had so much fun there!

Getting there was so easy, it took us an hour depart from our office to PD! no traffic jam, no car sick, and easily we reached there before lunch! The lobby is so alike with Cherating Club Med's one. :) Still missing my family trip in Club Med. But the view from our room was much better and we all stayed at the premium room! (Thanks bro for arranging these!)My 1st unexpected activity was this "Jumping Aeroplane", surprisingly out of 12 of us, only me and Lorraine know how to play this... Mahjong Session

Mahjong is part of my life. When I was young, I like sitting beside of my mom who enjoyed playing mahjong over the weekends. Then, I continued learning mahjong and lami with my neighbors, cousins and sisters! Hoho.. Sandakan ma, known as little Hong Kong, and people there loved playing mahjong during their pastime!

Yeah, I just finished my virtual mahjong session with Dudu, Tung bak bak and Jacky Wu. It was so funny and reminds me my friend – Swennie who talk a lot during our games. :) Definitely, I miss playing mahjong and lami with my mom, sisters and her. Jacky Wu was so alike with another “far” relative – Martin Wu! I suspected they have blood connection! Funny, funny and funny!

How are you feeling now? Can see well? Pain or not? How much is that? Are you crazy? So expensive? You must be very rich! Look prettier without specs? Happy, happy and happy! I'm alright! My eyesight is getting better and better now! Eh? Why take so long to see well while others recovered right after the surgery? Well...long story! :) guys, trust me it was real fast and simple – less than 10mins? And no pain at all weh! If I knew it earlier, I would have done it long ago..!

These are the common laser vision correction from the well-known eye center.

And below was my procedure…ASA+Laser “instead of cutting a flap on the front of the cornea, the surface skin cells (epithelium) are loosened with a diluted alcohol solution and removed. The corneal surface then treated with laser and last covered with a contact lens. It was like using an Optrex and focus on a red spot which cured my shortsightedness!Which eye centre would I recommend? Before I’ve made up my mind, I went to few centre or hospital to do survey and had some discussions with my friends and family. Finally I went to this eye centre namely Centre for Sight which located in Taman Sea. This doctor is highly recommended by an optician (bro-in-law’s friend). It cost me RM 7,000 inclusive of treatment and check-up. (0% interest installment for 12months) having said that the consultant and nurses there are nice and friendly but the doctor is always chill and experienced! Oh ya, haven’t explain why is it so expensive as compared to those RM 5,000 surgery. I used the newest and most advanced technology machine (Visx Star 4).you guys can google and find out more about this technology. I always wanted the best for my eyes but for those who really tight with the budget you can also consider Bauch & Lomb laser machine, I think it was good too, as few of my friends undergo this technology since few years back and their eyesight are still pretty good now.

It was 3am... when we were back to our apartment after mahjong session. Eh? police cars parked at the lobby bay.. I guessed there must be something happened in our condo... was telling bf could it be someone got killed and that was why the black small truck was here!

BF : no la.. could be someone's house got broken in.. don't worry..
Me : ohh.. still cannot believe it..
Walking forward to take our lift up to level 2.

Me : look!!! people were grouping at the pool side and looking at our house!!!
BF : oh shit.. (i think he must be thinking our house was broke in.)

we were then asked people what's happened...he just replied someone jumped..
we decided to go up and see what's exactly happened and there were people gathered at the staircase too..and they told us a man had fell from level 12 and dead on the spot and the body still there!

BF : Oh my god... he was just nearby our air-con compressor...
how......it was too scary for me!!! thought of going back to sis's place and sleep there. But when we try to find out more from the crowd..and thanks god he wasn't facing to our room...
Then, police carried the dead body from next door window... salute the indian neighbors willing to cooperate with the police and gave them a way to send the man out.

Me : dear, I think I'm not afraid to sleep in our room anymore, let's try sleep for a night.
both of us didn't sleep well and felt uneasy with what happened to the man... then received another SMS from other friend, few years back there's another young indian suicide and also jumped from level12..was it a jinx??

Tonight, we decided to stay at sis's place and hope things will be fine after tomorrow..and may the dead body rest in peace...

Dilated Eyes

No time is an excuse.. No time for eye check-up is even a lame excuse! Lasik has initiated me to do my annual eye check-up.. Had a long talk with the nurse and tried to find out more about my retina detachment surgery..and surprised there's a small rubber band on my eyeball to retain my retina. And it's not a joke anymore that I can't carry heavy stuff, and do sports.

Eyes are really fragile but I wonder how many of us know the importance of our eyes? Doctor detected a small spot of cataract on my right eye, felt very uneasy that i got this in my early age. Also, long-sightedness victim has higher chances of getting retina detachment and doctor advised to take care of my eyes and i hope lightning won't strike twice. I must do my Lasik and take extra care of my eyes. blame no one as work required me to stare at the pc , updating the flowcharts, competitor charts and figures.. should I consider for another job?? "I will miss my job :("

My pair of eyes . 眼

2001, September I was nearly went blind.

I refused to wear specs during school time. I like chatting in ICQ, mIRC and surfing almost everyday, by the way I also studied very hard for my SPM. In this case, my eyes were not 100% rest well and always feel dry and itchy due to my contact lens/tiredness. I used to rub my eyes, keep rubbing and rubbing until got infection. (dai sei..)

Suddenly, I felt there was something blocking my right upper eyesight..it was a shadow blocking my sight..it was not scary but my exams was around the corner..(salute myself for being so calm while parents were so worried) Then, I was brought to see the one and only eye specialist in town who visit Sandakan once a month! God blessed me, she was at the clinic. She said "girl, you got to admit to the hospital immediately or else you might go blind.." It wasn't sound scary to me tho, I just packed my bag and flew to KL and admitted to Tun Hussein Onn Hospital on the same day. But what happened to my eye?? doctor explained that I got a retina detachment, in other word there was a tear in my retina and caused a shadow blocking my eyesight. A surgery was arranged and I was informed the surgery recovery chance was 70%, which means i still have 30% chances of getting blind!

The surgery took about half day and I was put into sleep during the surgery. Thanks god, they managed to repair my eye and it was scary to look at my own reddish eye. Then, everyone in my family took turn to take care of me, putting eye drop for me and using Diamond water to clean my eyes to avoid any infection happen to my eyes again..

After these years, I am so glad that my pair of eyes are in good condition and I need eye drop to moisten my dry eyes! Treasure your eyes, love your eyes!
